Brandy Nicole Hembree, 35 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she falsified documents to the Floyd County Board of Education.

Reports said that Hembree falsified time records and submitted them in order to be paid for work that was not performed.

Authorities added that she was paid over 0 more than she should have been after forging her supervisors name on the time sheet.

Hembree is charged with theft by deception, 2nd degree forgery, and four counts false statements and writings.
