MRS Louise Horton Johnson, age 79 of Centre passed away Thursday, February 23rd at her residence.

Survivors include daughter, Juana Nichole Hines, sister, Alice Nell Horton; grandchildren, Jason Johnson, Thomas Hines III, Asia Hines and, Julian Maxwell Hines; great-grandchildren, Jayden Hines, Jaayla Henderson, Jordan Novljavic and Halo Lynn Hines; special niece and nephew Tonya and Dale Orndorf, nieces, Kim Green, Lynn Copeland; and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family. Life-long friend John Johnson of Easthampton, NY, and her special spiritual family at the Centre Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Sean Johnson, 7 brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Johnson was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Booker Tanner and Florence Louise Knowles-Horton and a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall of Centre, AL.
