Debra Bellew, 46 of Ball Play – FTA on prior charges of Driving while License, Expired Tag, Insurance Violation, Speeding and Driving while Suspended;
Terrence Wright, 44 of Attalla – Conditional Release Violation
and
Amanda Pope, 40 of Rome – FTA,UPOCS;
Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
