Kyler Bradley blasts Wellborn for 38 points in Gaylesville basketball win

ANNISTON – Kyler Bradley scored a game-high 38 points. He also had eight steals, four rebounds and an assist to lead the Gaylesville Trojans to a 61-51 basketball win at Wellborn on Monday.

Collin Hendon rang for eight points to go along with six rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks. Kuper Bradley added seven points, five rebounds, three assists and a steal. Braden Sharp finished with five points, nine boards, two steals and an assist. Tanner Eads had eight rebounds, seven assists, four steals, three points and a blocked shot.

Ethan Tidwell topped the Panthers with 13 points, including a pair of 3-pointers. Ollie Boot also had a pair of treys and managed 10 points. Jackson Long and Trey Downs finished with seven and six points respectively.

The Trojans took a 16-7 advantage after one, but Wellborn rallied to take a 28-26 lead at halftime. Gaylesville went back out in front 42-39 after three quarters and outscored the Panthers 19-12 in the fourth for the final.
