Matthew Lipham, 48 of Cedar Bluff – Attempting to Elude, VPL, UPOM 2nd, UPODP and FTA/Driving Suspended and FTA/Open Container;

Savannah Miller, 31 of Attalla – AWOL/Community Corrections (x2);

Christina Fillmore, 40 of Daphne – FTA/UPOCS;

Jimmy Nolen, 47 of Centre – AWOL/Community Corrections;

and

Dylan Ward, 20 of Summerville – UPOM 2nd and UPODP

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
