Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jonah Burns, 26 of Oxford – UPOCS and DUI/Combined Substance;

Joshua Hardin, 37 of Gadsden FTA;

and

Justin Freeman, 28 of Gaylesville – UPOCS, UPODP and Possession of Child Pornography (x130)

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
