Dakota Butler, 28 of Fort Payne – FTA/Failure to Display Insurance and FTA/Expired Tag;

Jaylin Arnold, 22 of Centre – Conditional Release Violation;

Dusty Cavin, 38 and Charles Jennings, age 52, both of Gaylesville – UDOCS and UPODP

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
