Heather McLemore, 46 of Centre – UPOCS and UPODP;

Amy Mayes, age 40 of Centre – UPOM 2nd;

Joseph Gibbs, 48 of Centre – Assault 3rd and Menacing;

and

Chelsea Thomas, age 23 of Springville – UPOCS, UPOM 2nd and UPODP

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
