Nicholas Banks, age 31 of Cedar Bluff – UPOCS, UPOM 2nd Degree;, UPODP, Attempting to Elude, Person Forbidden to Carry a Firearm, Domestic Violence/Harrassment

and

Brian Johnson, age 34 of Henegar – Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree.
