Magan Knight, age 33 of Cedar Bluff – FTA on previous charges of Public Intoxication/Possession with Intent to Distribute/Trafficking Amphetamine/Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Sabin Nation, age 24 of Piedmont – DUI (Alcohol) and Pistol without a Permit;

Jeffery Chumbler, age 51 of Centre – FTA on previous charges of Commun9ty Correction Violations, Speeding and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Timyus Lawrence, age 20 of Rome – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Delmus Brewster, age 55 of Gaylesville was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable;e cause; all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
