During last Thursday’s Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Breakfast meeting – those in attendance had the opportunity to hear, first-hand about important services that affect the entire county in a number of different ways.
That was Public Information Director, Dan Bevels.
Several members of the Atrium/Floyd/Cherokee health care team spoke on what the role of a hometown hospital means in each particular community; and one very, very vital statistic was mentioned by Bevels:
Having a local hospital carries a great deal of responsibility, and all those associated with the facility take that to heart – making this a safer community for everyone.
Cherokee Chamber Executive Director Theresa Hulgan summed it up this way:
