LONGSHORE, William Robert, Beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Bill went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 1, 2022. He was born to Jack and Sarah on March 4th, 1928. He was a US Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bettye, his son Billy and his daughter-in-law, JoAnn. Left to cherish his memory and who he loved so dearly are his three granddaughters: Lorie Longshore, Sarah Longshore-Hayes (Joel), and Elizabeth Longshore-Bunner (Ronnie). He also leaves his great-grandchildren, Sydney, Payton, Chance, Easton, and Davis. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the Cedar Bluff Cemetery or Shriners Hospital for Children.
The family would like to thank First Light Home Care Team, Madison at the Range Memory Care, Huntsville Hospital, Regency Rehabilition, and Hospice of North Alabama, for the support and care of their Grandfather over the last 4 years.
