Mr. Jerry Lee Pate, loving husband, 76 of Centre, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
A funeral service will be held 2pm (CST) Wednesday, November 23rd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Herbert Reed officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 pm until the time of service, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be held 1:30pm (CST) Friday, November 25th at the Georgia National Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Pate; son, Steven Weeks; daughter, Tiffany Sizemore (Joe); brothers, Danny Lamar Pate (Iris) and Robert Allen Pate; three grandchildren, Ethan Weeks, Erica King, Sierra Kilpatrick, and special nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Dale Pate.
Pallbearers will include, Steven Weeks, Ethan Weeks, Trae Messer, Denver Pate, Dustin Pate, Ty Weeks.
Honorary Pallbearers will include, Bryson Messer and Wayne Wright.
Mr. Pate was a native of Alabama, the son of the late, Horace and Lucille Pate; he was a member of the US Navy, and he was of the Baptist faith.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alexis Baptist Church Building Fund.
