Tracy Smith, 29 of Cullman, was arrested November 17th at 9:05 PM, charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, by the Centre Police Department.
Eric Crane, 46 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested November 17th at 2:22 PM, charged with seven counts of failure to appear.
