Theresa Garrett, 44 of Piedmont, was arrested on November 2rd at 8:35 PM, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear-Top 4th by the Centre Police Department.

Amanda Scealf, 39 of Valley Head, was arrested on November 3rd, at 7:46 PM, charged with non-support by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Jason Nicholson, 47 of Piedmont, was arrested on November 3rd, at 11:11 AM, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, and 2 counts of theft of property 3rd by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Brian Thomas, 33 of Centre, was arrested on November 3rd at 11:00 AM, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Danny Segers, 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested November 3rd at 1:37 AM, charged with 4 counts of community corrections awol, and 2 counts of failure to appear.

Today, 98 inmates are housed in The Cherokee County Detention Center.
