A structure fire was reported today (Saturday) just before noon at 5900 County Road 8 by a motorist passing by the residence. When the first firefighters arrived on the scene smoke and fire was reported coming through the walls of the home.
Spring Garden, Ellisville, McCord’s and Piedmont Fire departments responded. It took firefighters more than an hour to bring the blaze under control.
There were no injuries reported.
