Jonathan Nicholson, 36 of Centre, 3 counts of failure to appear on previous charges, and unlawful possession with intent to distribute, by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department.

Pamela McCright, 51 of Gadsden, charged with failure to appear on previous charges by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department.

Korey Underwood, 41 of Centre, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia by the Centre Police Department.

Brad Rowland, 45 of Centre, charge with 3 counts of failure to appear on previous charges by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department.

Today, 94 inmates are housed in the County Detention Center.

Arrest are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
