Arrest Files Wednesday Sept. 28:

Jesse Giddens, 25 of Gaylesville, arrested on warrants for failure to appear on previous charge of Probation Revocation by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department.

Joshua Pogue, 30 of Centre, arrested on Alias Writ of Arrest by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department.

Tonya Taylor, 51 of Piedmont, arrested on a Bench Warrant for Probation Revocation and Failure to appear on a driving while revoked charge and failure to appear on a previous charge of unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Robyn Garcia, 45 of Piedmont, charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Today, 103 inmates are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.

Arrest are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
