SPRING GARDEN — According to Spring Garden football coach Jason Howard, the Panthers’ Class 1A, Region 5 game with Talladega County Central will now be play at Panther Stadium on Friday at 7 p.m.
The game was originally scheduled to be on the road.
The two teams have played each other eight times, with the Panthers holding a 4–3-1 edge in the series. The last time they played was 2019, with Spring Garden winning 44-0.
The Panthers (5-1) are coming off a 41-12 win over Cedar Bluff. Talladega County Central (0-5) is coming off a 54-21 loss at Sumiton Christian.
