Dale Scott Payne, age 53 of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, September 21^st, 2022.

Survivors include his son, Kodey Devon Billy Payne; daughter, Samantha Toinette Wright; father, Billy Wayne Payne; brothers, Danny Charles Payne and Daryl Wayne Payne; sister, Courtney Nicole Ellison; 3 grandchildren also remain.

He was predeceased by his wife, Toinette Nealey Payne; mother, Judy Carolyn Payne.

Mr. Payne worked numerous jobs and was also retired from Northfolk Southern as a railroad worker.

He was also a member of Slackland Baptist Church.
