James Moyer, age 32 of Piedmont –  Probation Revocation;

Hank Rumley, Rising Fawn, Georgia – Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Fentanyl, Attempting to Elude, Tampering with Evidence, UPOCS x3 and UPODOP x3;

Spencer Rodgers, age 29 of Hixon, Tennessee – Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Fentanyl, UPOCS x 3 and UPODP x3;

and

Casimer Kuchardski, age 47 of Cropwell – NO CHARGES LISTED

Arrest are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
