Ms. Sandra Lowe age 82 of Centre passed away Tuesday September 20th at Atrium Health Cherokee.

Funeral services will be 4 PM Thursday September 22nd at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Dale officiating, burial will follow in Fairview Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Survivors include sons, Jeff (Nancy) Lowe and Ken (Debbie) Lowe; daughters, Laura Williams (Jeff Adcock) and Lisa (David) Johnson; in addition to 9 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Robert Lowe and grandson, Brad Lowe.

Mrs. Lowe was a native of Gadsden and the daughter of the late C.A. and Avalene Goodson and a member of Fairview Methodist Church.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Fairview Cemetery Fund.

Mrs. Lowe touched the lives of so many people through her 29 years of teaching at Centre Middle School, as well as through church and community involvement.
