Austin Morrison, age 24 of Fort Payne – FTA on prior charges of Speeding, Driving while Suspended, Expired Tag and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.
Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
