Add Spring Garden’s football game at Victory Christian to the list of games moving to Thursday night because of thunderstorms in the forecast.
Panther head coach Jason Howard and assistant principal Kyle Garmon both confirmed the move on Wednesday morning. The eighth-ranked Panthers come into the Class 1A, Region 6 contest at 2-1 following a 9-0 loss to Wadley last Friday. Victory Christian is also 2-1 following a 51-6 win at Talladega County Central. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. from Richard Adams Stadium in Pell City.
Other area games moved to Thursday night include Sand Rock at Section, Collinsville at Pisgah, and Plainview at Piedmont.
