Mrs. Earleen Tidwell Reese age 93 of Cedar Bluff passed away Tuesday August 30th at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Friday September 2nd at Cedar Bluff First Methodist Church with Rev. Will Ethridge and Rev. Dr. George Cobb officiating. Burial will follow in Howell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11 AM at the church.

Pallbearers include Andrew Bolton, Elliot Bolton, Ricky Chumbler, Jr. Eubanks, Dan Baker, Mike Price, Richard Lindsey, Rich Lindsey, Kenny Walker, Dr. James Collins, Steve Garner, Tim Day, Rodney McDaniel, James Ulrich and Don Stowe. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Brewer, Winston Bishop and Keith Turentine.

Survivors include daughters, Emily (Scott) Bolton and Anne Miller; nephew, Brent Tidwell; grandchildren, Jeff (Melanie) Bolton, Stacy (Ken) Farnam and Allison (Ben) Hampton; great-grandchildren, Emma Bolton, Andrew Bolton, Elliot Bolton, Mia Pinson, Katlin Farnam, Britney Crass, Carter Wilson, Alena German and Milani German; chosen daughters, Johna Lindsey and Teresa Pelfrey; special friends, Sue Hurley, Sarah Ulrich, Lynn Brewer, Mary Ann Martin and Louise Lindsey; Care givers, Jacque Walters and Robin Roberts.

Mrs. Reese was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Luther Lee and Ethel Mae Tidwell and a member of Cedar Bluff First Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cedar Bluff First Methodist Church or Howell Cemetery.
