Mrs. Annie Sue Lay age 85 of Centre passed away Friday August 26th at her residence

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday August 31st at the Harris
Cemetery with Rev. Lewis Conaway officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include daughter, Shelia Lay; four grandchildren, Tony (Laura) Goza, Scott (Whitney) Lay, Tina McCurdy and Tiffany (Billy) Porter; eight great-grandchildren, Savana McCurdy, Lane Goza, Gauge Goza, Molly Grace Lay, Marleigh Lay, Jett Lay, Blakely Perkins and Harley Perkins; and one great-great-grandson, Jackson Kelley.

She was preceded in death by husband, Jack Lay; son, Mike Lay and daughter, Stacey Lay.

Mrs. Lay was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Grady and Eunice Steele and was of the Baptist Faith.
