CEDAR BLUFF – According to Cedar Bluff assistant principal Jonathan McWhorter, the Class 1A, Region 7 football game between Cedar Bluff and Woodville will now be played at Cedar Bluff’s L.D. Bruce Field on Friday. Kickoff is still at 7 p.m.
The game was originally scheduled to be played at Woodville. This will be the third consecutive home game at Cedar Bluff.
The Tigers (1-1) look to rebound from a 29-12 loss to Sand Rock last Friday. They have never lost to Woodville in 14 meetings dating back to 2006, including last year’s 54-12 victory.
Woodville (0-1) is coming off an open date. The Panthers lost at Whitesburg Christian 47-8 on Aug. 19.
