Jerry Downey, age 23 of Piedmont – Probation Violation;

Morgan Davis, age 38 of Cedar Bluff – FAT/DUI, FTA/Public Intox, FTA/Disorderly Conduct, FTA/Improper Lane Change and FTA/Driving with Suspended License;

Shantera Kirby, age 37 of Cedar Bluff – Bench Warrant;

Arrest are  based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
