 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

Outlook through Tonight.

Severe storms may occur this afternoon from 3 PM and last through 9 PM this evening for areas near and south of US 80. Damaging wind gusts to 60 mph is the primary threat.

Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed this afternoon and early evening.
