Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Danny Segers, age 45 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

Kassey Dumas, age 29 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia; and Tampering with Evidence;

and

David Bennett, age 51 of Lookout Mountain – DUI and Tampering with Evidence.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
