Chelsee McMurtrey, age 26 of Centre – Obstructing Governmental Operation and Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended;

Lacy Timmons, age 38 of Gaylesville – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear – Swithched Tag, Driving while Suspended (two counts) and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance;

Caitlyn Matthews, age 26 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree

and

Jaclyn Matthews, age 43 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
