Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Tony Shirley, age 35 of Cumming, Georgia – Failure to Appear/Obstructing Justice False ID;

Steven Hardy, age 36 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear;

and

Penny O’Dell, age 50 of Piedmont – Probation Revocation and Failure to Appear – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
