Matthew Scott, 39 of Crossville – Probation Revocation, and Failure to Appear/Expired Tag and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Faith McEwan, age 43 of Rome, Georgia – Failute to Appear/Driving without a License;

Anthony Gilreath, age 32 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Driving without a License and Theft of Property 3rd Degree;

David Brinkley, age 43 of Rome, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, Receiving Stolen Property 3rd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, Attempting to Elude, Carrying Brass Knuckles and Possession of a Firearm following an Altercation;

Amanda Pope, age 40 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear (two counts);

and Harold Mantooth, age 55 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
