Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Erica Peyton, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Tyrek Bellman, age 21 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear – Youthful Offender and Probation Revocation.

Arrests are based on probable cause and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
