Joseph Watters, age 36 of Gadsden – Domestic Violence/Strangulation and Attempting to Elude;

Rudy Mills, age 46 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Dug Paraphernalia, Receiving Stolen Property 4th Degree and Attempting to Elude;

Lacey Dobbs, age 29 of Piedmont – Using False ID to Obstruct Justice;

John Barfield, age 57 of Mentone – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Joshua Anderson, age 26 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear – DUI/Controlled Substance and Driving while Suspended.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
