Mark Royal, age 58 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear/Assault 2nd Degree;

Levi Wigley, age 23 of Ft Payne – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Denzel Pitts, age 28 of Gadsden – Possession of Pistil without a Permit, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

John Griggs, age 36 of Ft Payne – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Ashley Gibson, age 24 of Valley Head – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty on a court of law
