Jerrad Kent, age 25 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Jena Loomis, age 26 of Collinsville – Theft of Property 4th Degree and Failure to Appear/No DL, Improper Lights and Operating Vehicle without Insurance;

Devin Speakman, age 26 of Collinsville – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Jeffery Chumbler, age 50 of Centre – Court Order;

Jaden James, age 19 of Gadsden – Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree;

Shana Canada, age 38 of Centre – Theft of Property 1st Degree (two counts);

Levi Prather, age 33 of Centre – Receiving Stolen Property 4th Degree;

and

Roman McBrayer, age 34 of Valley Head – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
