Byron Young, age 52 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Mitchell Slayton, age 31 of Leesburg – Theft of Property 4th Degree and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Todd Jackson, age 47 of Grove Oak – Bench Warrant and Failure to Appear;

Mable Pangle, age 21 of Leesburg – Probation Violation;

James Crane, age 55 of Cedar Bluff – Public Intoxication;

and

Dillon O’Cain, age 30 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 102 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
