Matthew Doss, age 35 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Driving without a License and Expired Tag;

Jeffery Watson, age 27 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Andrew Bright, age 58 of Cedar Bluff – DUI/Alcohol;

Erby Shooks, age 57 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Being under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving while License Suspended;

Kassie Henrey, age 44 of Dalton, Georgia – Domestic Violence (two counts), Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Sabrina McDonald, age 22 of Attalla – Violation of the Prohibition Law;

and

Joshua McDonald, age 24 of Attalla – Violation of the Prohibition Law.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
