Eric Rogers, age 39 of Centre – Bench Warrant;

Erica Peyton, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia and Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Christina Filmore, age 40 of Daphne – Failure to Appear;

Kyle Skinner, age 33 of Kingston, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia, Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree and Trafficking Heroin;

Robert Reynolds, age 63 of Leesburg – Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree;

and

Danny Segers, age 45 of Cedar Bluff – Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Criminal Trespass 1st Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
