Gadsden State’s new cross country program to host clinic in July for athletes, coaches

Gadsden, Ala.—The Gadsden State Cardinals Athletic Department will host a cross country clinic for boys and girls in seventh through 12th grades from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 20. This camp includes speakers who will discuss flexibility, strength, skills training, goal setting and nutrition. 

Coaches may attend free of charge but must register.  Lunch will be provided for all attendees. Registration cost is $40 per person.  The deadline to register for the clinic is July 1.

The camp will be held at Beck Field House on the Wallace Drive Campus in Gadsden.  All participants will need to provide medical release forms which can be obtained by visiting http://www.GadsdenState.edu/GoCardinals.
