Audrey Fisher, age 27 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Jesse Trotter, age 39 of Cedar Bluff – SORNA and Failure to Appear;

Heather McLemore, age 33 of Mentone – Court Order;

Ronald Smith, 68 of Gaylesville – SORNA;

Kenneth Ferguson, age 50 of Centre – Court Order;

Jonathon McGatha, age 39 of Piedmont – Domestic Violence (two counts)

and

Javardus Cowser, age 38 of Gadsden – UPOCS, UPODP and UPOM 2nd

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
