Bryan Hulsey, age 43 of Ft Payne – Bench Warrant;
Faith Staton, age 27 of Cartersville, Georgia – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Matthew Riggs, age 36 of Gaylesville – Attempting to Elude (two counts), Manufacture of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear (three counts);
Heather Baxter, age 47 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and No Drivers License;
Steven Hardy, age 36 of Gaylesville – Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
and
Bradley Hammett, age 33 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear.
Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
