Brandon Morrison, age 36 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Arson 2nd Degree;

Justin Lambert, age 31 of Centre – Assault 3rd Degree;

Mary Butts, 39 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear;

Antonio Swanson, age 25 of Faraday, Louisiana – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

and

Gayle Peterson, age 50 of Centre – Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
