Sam’s Club announced Thursday it would offer $8 memberships to new members between June 17th and 26th. The discounted memberships are designed to help those who are shopping for Independence Day gatherings, the company said in a statement.

“Our members love a cause for celebration, and they’ve told us they plan on getting together with family and friends this Fourth of July – that insight has inspired our merchants to curate and develop unique items to meet their needs. Just like our members, we also have a ‘more the merrier attitude’, so we’re excited to be able to bring back our $8 membership offer and let more people discover the quality, convenience, and value that Sam’s Club offers,” the chain said.

This offer is only redeemable in-person at a Sam’s Club location and not available online.

There is a limit of one specially priced membership per person and it’s available to new individual Club memberships only; Plus members are excluded. It’s also not valid on renewals or with any other offers or discounts.
