Kevin Lemley, age 43 of Smithville, TB – Failure to Appear;

Haley Hulsey, age 20 of Rome, Georgia – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Justin Bushard, 30 of Pinson – HOLD for Another Agency;

and

Jame sHamilton, age 76 of Sylvania – Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
