Jason Hamilton, age 42 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia;

Damien Bradley, age 40 of Anniston – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Donald Edwards, age 64 of Leesburg – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Ginger Hatselle, age 56 of Leesburg – Theft of Property 1st Degree, Financial Exploitation of the Elderly and Fraudulent Use of a Debit/Credit Card (40 counts)

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
