Elizabeth Smith, age 36 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Justin Miller, age 28 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Korey Underwood, age 40 of Centre – Public Intoxication;

Eric Crane, 45 of Cullman – Failure to Appear/Burglary 3rd Degree;

Jonathan Hudson, age 22 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear/Insurance Violation;

and

Amy Arrington, age 46 of Centre – Arrest Prior to Requisition.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
