Leesburg Police arrested a man on sex crime charges during the early morning hours of Wednesday.
David Allen, listed on reports as a 39 year old resident of Ft Payne, was jailed around 1:30am after being placed under arrest on a charge of Sex Offense/Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act and Sex Offense/Electronic Solicitation of a Child.
Allen is currently lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center without bond
