John Barfield, age 57 of Mentone – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Suspended;

Jody Roebuck, age 47 of Centre – SORNA Violation;

Dusty Rogers, age 36 of Centre – Failure to Appear (five counts);

Lisa Canada, age 58 of Rome, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Parapharenalia

Ashley Ogletree, age 37 of Centre Failure to Appear (three counts);

Mark Watkins, age 46 of Ft Payne – Failure to Appear on previous DUI, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest;

and

Jason Dean, age 38 of Scottsboro – Attempted Robbery 3rd Degree;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
